"Mosaic Minds Academy will ensure that every learner receives high-quality services through its comprehensive support approach. The academy's uniqueness lies in its strong foundation, built on the owner's core values of integrity, consistency, and a sense of community. Learners can be assured that the staff will consistently deliver meaningful work, as they receive ongoing mentorship and guidance. Speaking from my experience as a clinician for the owner, I have personally benefitted from his support and have found success in developing my own practice. Our community would greatly benefit from more companies like Mosaic Minds Academy."

"Juan Castro consistently went above and beyond for his learners and their families. During my years working with him, he collaborated tirelessly to foster exponential growth for me and my family. His skills as both a director and a clinician were highly professional and approachable, making it a pleasure to work with him. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with him to make a meaningful impact on my son’s life at home and in the community. We have no doubt that Mosaic Minds Academy will prioritize the learners and their families, and we trust that they will do their absolute best to provide the best possible services to nurture hope and growth."

Family Consultant

"Juan Castro redefines work ethic. Not only is Juan professional, accountable, and trustworthy, but his positive attitude and sharp focus are also contagious. Juan is an excellent mentor and colleague to those around him, as evidenced by the motivation that appears to spark around him and his direct teams. I worked with Juan for several years in the DIR/Floortime therapeutic population and found his ability to communicate with people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, developmental, learning, and communication styles to be an asset to any situation. Juan has an upstanding character, and he can be entrusted with any task."

Parent

"When my daughter was 10 years old, she started treatment with Juan Castro. Juan reached out to help this young girl who was showing significant aggression and a very low IQ. The first consultation was challenging, but it was also a blessing because we had a clear treatment protocol. At first, we weren’t making much progress, academically or behaviorally. However, every month they continued to introduce new techniques. In 10 months, my daughter was showing significant improvements across all domains. My daughter's life would have looked very different if Juan Castro had not come into our lives."
