We are happy to accept insurance. If your insurance is not yet approved to provide services, we will work either with your insurance or privately to come to a satisfactory agreement.
We offer competitive private pay fees for all services that we provide. In addition, we can provide you with a detailed bill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration.
Some insurance policies will reimburse for group programs and summer camp services. Our office staff will assist you in determining benefits and coverage.
Sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee that is outlined in your intake paperwork.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. In addition, we contract with several educational agencies and other organizations that provide coverage and assistance for therapy services.
We currently service these counties in the state of New Jersey: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic. Are you located outside of these locations? Leave us a message and we will let you know our plans on expanding our locations.
Each child’s therapy treatment is individualized. Some sessions require parent participation, others do not. However, in order for your child to make progress towards their goals, parent carryover at home is necessary!
We provide treatment for children ages 1 to 18 years.
